Any living plant or tree concerns to the wood element in five-element theory of Feng Shui. The wood element associates with constant growth: growth in money, at work, at living level and even in self-motivation. The presence of any living healthy (dead or dying plants should be thrown out as quickly as possible) plant within a home gives the occupants the opportunity to be healthier and save their money easier.

By positioning plants you should always consider the size and shape of the plants (in mpre details it is written in my e-book Luck with personal feng shui). You should also consider the color of flowering plant.

The rules of using feng shui plants, but on one condition everything should be made according to the individual feng shui map:

- put money tree succulent with rounded leaves in the east or south east to increase the flow of money

- put plants in the east or southeast corners of your home/office to increase your luck and success

- put plants with red or violet flowers or leaves in the south corners of your home/office to increase your carrier

- put baskets of fruitful fruits in south west corner for happy marriage. The pomegranates are the symbol of fertility.

- place fresh flowers to bring good luck and good fortune

- place oranges (symbol of gold) and lemons on the entrance to your home to promote good fortune and prosperity.

- position creeper upwards to symbolize the up growth, convolvulus or ivy can be used also to hide the "poison arrow" such as a salient angle of furniture or walls
